A culinary chef...

This was our special treat last night, January 28, 2014.
It was superb and quite delicious.
Matthew made it for us. We didn't mind at all.
Rosemary seared lamb, Brussels Sprout casserole with sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh homemade Caesar salad with homemade dressing.

Kelsie sat nearby shaking and shivering pathetically until a few lamb pieces (but not too many) were dropped her way.
