...to see the ancient Roman bath! It was built 2000 years ago. As I took my bath last night I thot of that. M and I saw it yesterday.

is the bath still operational or is it a ruins? can you PLEASE take a picture for me? I love those old bathhouses, i am planning to see th Sutro house in San Fran next month--always wanted to do that.
You're making me homesick. Although I preferred London to anywhere else in Europe. Word of advise: never leave your passport anywhere as you may be called upon to produce it at any given moment. It's been in the 90s here. I've had a summer cold for 4 weeks now that just won't leave. The rehab is coming along nicely - we now have stairs to the second floors and the bathrooms are framed in.
It sounds like you are having such a wonderful time. I hope you are taking lots and lots of pictures. I bet there is a dolly waiting for you in Germany!
