My poor neglected little Bleuette doll, Yvette Marie, received something special in the mail yesterday. She now has her very own sewing machine, and now maybe her wardrobe will increase! The sewing machine is actually a music box.When I wind the knob, the tiny spool of thread turns and the pedal underneath goes up and down!
It's so cute.
Yvette Marie is back to wearing her petticoat.
However, she did get a darling new pair of hand crocheted socks from Martha, the wonderful moderator of the Bleuette Sewing Group that I belong to online.
Martha's work is exquisite. The socks are in the package laying in front of the sewing machine.

Well she is looking very happy! Maybe she will be like the Shoemaker and the Elves story and every morning you will get up and she will have a new perfectly done piece of clothing sitting on the machine table!!
