I do it in my photo software program. My program is very old and not available anymore, but I would bring a duplicate copy of the picture into the program and then do the writing in the color and font I want to use. I don't think it's prossible to just change the color on the picture your currently using. You'd have to start over with a duplicate picture. Of course, I could be completely wrong since I'm not exactly a computer geek and it normally takes me days to figure anything out, but this is how I've done it in the past. Hopefully, someone else will post a really simple way to just change the color on the one you have without the duplicate.
