The fruit of my labours for the past 2 days. Yummy.
On the left are jars of strawberry and banana jam, and on the right, plain strawberry jam.
The BC berries I'm sure are washed out of the fields, so I bought California berries this year.
They definitely aren't as red as BC berries, nor do they taste as good, but the jam is still very delicious on toast in the morning, or at any time of day!
