Pink Saturday and SNOW

My first pink Saturday was a success! I've been trying to find bloggers who share my interests. I was feeling lost in Blogland, but not anymore! There are so many beautiful places to visit out there; one can never be bored. It will take me all week to visit all the lovely blogs on Pink Saturday at Beverly's place, How Sweet the Sound. Thanks to all who took the time to visit me, and for posting a sweet comment here.

Guess what it's doing outside? Everything is coated in white. I'm actually crying. Truly. I was so hoping that Spring was just around the corner. It's blizzarding again. I can't say "I could just cry" because I am...It's silly to let the weather depress you. What a ninny I am. But it's very unusual for Vancouver to have this much snow. In 2008, we had snow every month from January to April. It snowed about 8" or more on April 18th, my nephew's birthday. Isn't that astounding? It broke a lot of the beautiful ornamental cherry trees which were in full bloom. Then the snow returned on December 13th and it hasn't let up. We've had snow on the ground for SEVEN SOLID WEEKS. It's unbelievable, so you can't blame me for crying.
