It's pink Saturday!

Enjoy the beauty of PINK in nature. These photos were taken in my neighbourhood in the past few weeks. You do not know how ecstatic I am that Spring is here at last.

The beautiful pink hyacinths were recently spotted in one of my favourite parks; Queen Elizabeth Park, about a 20 minute drive from our home.

This delightful set with pink cherry blossoms is part of an 8 piece dinnerware set given to my parents for their wedding in 1955. My sister Marie has inherited it, and uses it at Easter each year.

Here is a lovely red currant bush in my own little garden. Why it's called a red currant is a mystery to me, as it produces no fruit, and the blossoms are pink!

I'm sorry this post is such a rushed one. I've been quite busy with many other projects this week, and nearly forgot about Pink Saturday! Please visit Beverly's link in my sidebar to see hundreds more pink blogs, and have a great pinky sort of day!

Yay for Spring! I think hyacinths are my favorite spring flower smell. Just love those flowers and it only takes just one stalk of the flowers to fill the house with scent.
oh, and there's that gorgeous pink china again!
Happy Pink!

Hi Loretta!
Your girls look so darling in their dresses. I love your banner.

I enjoyed the pictures of your outdoors. I'm glad I don't live near your sister because I might have walked away with the cups and
saucers...lol!
