I took this photo of the Olympic rings in Vancouver Harbour, taken from Stanley Park on December 28, 2009.I was in the car at the time, and thought my little camera took a fantastic shot!
I need to get closer to those rings before the crowds come. I may do that this weekend.
I'm also working on other plans...just my little way of celebrating when the world comes to our small village.

I saw the rings on TV but not in the dark. They are really pretty in the dark and the camera took an excellant photo I think.

It must be such an exciting time in Vancouver right now as the torch will soon arrive! I know were all getting excited down here in Bellingham, and in our own way preparing for extra company across the border. I love, love, love your blog banner. I would be happy to send new friends your way. It would be fun for bloggers to be able to follow your post on the Olympics if you decide to do that!
