Day 9: 2010 Olympics Part One

Robert wanted to visit the O Zone in Richmond, so on Sat February 20 we set out for Aberdeen Mall, where my neighbour had told me about a fantastic $ store called "Daiso", which is based in Japan. The items are $2.00 and up. I was really impressed with the store. I loved the craft section! I think I'll be back...
Inside Aberdeen Mall, which is mostly high end Aisian stores.
Richmond is 60% Aisian.
We found an Olympic store here; the Speed Skating Canada House Boutique.
At noon, a musical fountain comes on, and dances to classical music, with lights.
I've never seen anything like it. Truly, you never know where your Olympic adventures will take you! From here we found out we could park our car for 4 hours, and take the Canada Line to Brighouse Station, where the O Zone was located.

You sure are having fun with the Olympics in town. I'm probably missing a lot, but I'm watching the Olympics on TV instead of blogging!

What a time for me to have The Enchanted Playhouse interactive give away. You have been very busy over there. You will have to read back after the Olympics are over and see what you've been missing like Chatty Cathy Cookies! The give away will be announced this next Sunday the 28th.
