Look at these bags, so appropriate for Earth Day, which is today, April 22, and it's also the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. I never knew about this day until the 1980's. I think it's a cool idea to think kindly of the earth, and not only think, but act! The above bags are 100% compostable! In 7 weeks they will completely compost. Isn't that cool? Yes, I have a composter, so it makes perfect sense for me to buy them. The only thing is, they are horribly noisy! You wouldn't believe the NOISE they make when you reach in for chips you shouldn't be eating. But I didn't feel guilty buying them, as it's for a good cause. I can watch the bags, the first of their kind, decompose to nothing in just 7 weeks.

EARTH DAY
