On Tuesday Dec 6 we celebrated St Nicholas Day by going to dinner with my parents and Matthew at the local Greek restaurant on their street near their apartment. My parents treated us.
Afterwards we went to their lovely decorated home, and I gave my Dad a gift; the newspaper with my article about his family moving to Vancouver BC 70 years ago in 1941.

I tried to think of something special to commemorate the event, and I think this worked.

Oh Loretta, how wonderful. A picture is worth a 1000 words, for sure. Glad he was so thrilled.
