I receive daily emails from them and today I printed off my Christmas cookie "to do" list!
There are 7 weeks until Christmas Eve.
I really, really like to bake! I'm planning to try all these recipes and then some. Tee hee...I have 2 grown nephews and I'm going to give them a tin full of Christmas baking as their Christmas gift. I'll probably give Matthew a tin full too.
I'm planning to try this one, "Mini Raspberry and White Chocolate Whoppie Pies", next week for our Small Group get together. The ingredients list "mascarpone cheese" which I've never tried before.
I love to try out new recipes!

Hi Loretta! I looked for the recipe for the top photo you're showing, but I can't find it. Do you have the link?... I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE baking Christmas cookies. Time is such a crunch this year, but I still hope I can make a nice assortment!.. Have a great weekend! ~tina
The photos make you want to just reach out and take a bite. They all look wonderful. I work with Better Recipes and am right now focusing on Christmas Cookies. My kids love this time of year :). Oh yum!! I have such a hard time finding Marscapone in my stores. Some years there is just none to be had. I'll have to find a specialty food shop...lol!
