I tried this delicious supper last Tuesday, Jan 11, 2011.
It was superb! I love to try new recipes at least once a week!
I use the Kraft free magazine delivered to my home every 2 months.
The magazine has never failed me yet.
The above recipe was Green Thai Curry Chicken. I couldn't find Green Thai Curry anywhere except IGA store. It has a mild flavour and is so good.
Also on that day, I took a picture of my stove clock showing 11:11, on 01/11/11. Now isn't that cool?
I'm going to try to post a picture of a new recipe each Tuesday like I did for most of 2009. Last year I didn't do that as often. Who doesn't like food?

Your stove clock, 11/11 on 1/11/11that is neat. You won't get that combination again for 100 years.
