Matthew comes over each Tuesday for dinner.
Last night he brought the appetizer; buffalo cheese with heirloom tomatoes, and a delicious vinagrette sauce drizzled on top. The cheese was only 3 days old, imported from Italy. Yes, it's from wild buffalo. It was superb!
Here's the dinner table, with snowdrops from the garden, and beautiful tulips from Matthew!
I served butter chicken, basmati rice and fresh green beans.
