Happy Pink Saturday-February 4th, 2012!

It's the first Pink Saturday in February.
This is one of my favourite months, because our son, Matthew, was born on the 9th.
Today is a gloriously warm and sunny day with a pure blue sky.
I can't stop looking outside! It's marvelous and feels just like Spring.
A robin was singing early this morning.
The above collage was made by myself last year, using photos and homemade cards.
I use the Microsoft Picture It Publishing program from 2001.

This is a vintage Valentine, adapted to portray my girls for this Valentine's.
They need new dresses and I'm working on it.
Beverly at How Sweet the Sound hosts pink Saturday each week.
It's so much fun to meet other pinks and meet new friends.

Here are my American Girl dolls, along with a new friend from the Disney store at the mall.
I made the green dress. It's fun to celebrate Chinese New Year.
2012 is the Year of the Dragon!

Aren't we sweet?
I hope everyone enjoys Pink Saturday.
Thanks so much for dropping by!

Cute pics, Loretta! It's so fun photo-editing and digital collaging. I tend to over do it, though. And end up with tendinitis. Take care! Happy Pink Saturday!! ~Lorraine ♥♥♥

Happy Pink Saturday to you Loretta! I love your sweet collage. The girls are dressed in their New Year best. I love the month of Feb. also. My youngest son was born on Valentines Day. His name is Dalan and he calls it Dalantines Day. lol! He's always been a sweetheart. Guess he had to be with that birthday.
Hugs,
Jann

Hi Loretta! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving me a nice comment! I hope to read through your blog and look at all the lovely photos, etc.

Pink Saturday was my birthday! LOL! I also noticed that you have been married 30 years. Me too! It will be 31 this June 5th.

Seems like we have some things in common & I look forward to getting to know you.

Oh Loretta, we have even more in common. I too have a son named Matthew born in February, but he was born on Valentine's Day!

Pink Saturday always reminds me of cotton candy. It is so tasty, you can hardly resist!

I too have enjoyed that sunshine last week. It left me with a huge dose of spring fever!

If you are ever down my way Loretta come to Crossroads Thrift Store, just off the Guide Meridian beside Cost Cutter. A 10,000 Sq ft thrift store full of fun, dolls come in and go out all the time. If a Chatty comes or one of interest, I'll call you to come running!
